Alternator water pump belt is closest to engine, furthest one back. Next is the PS pump belt, 3 x 13mm bolts for loosening then one captive 13mm bolt to adjust. A/C belt's in front, cut & discard unless your car is 1 in 7 where A/C actually works.

Something else worth adjusting is hood release cable at catch release under the hood. Easily done to shorten the pull as cable gets stretched over 30 yrs. And can prevent disfunction at lever inside the car.

Meanwhile keep fiddling with dimmer switch and might get lucky, never seen one 100% fully functional.
