There is a small white sticker on the front jamb of the driver's side front door

of my recently acquired '85 300TD. It says: "152,000KM" in one line and "95,000 Miles" below that. Now if this were a Ford, I would assume that such a tag meant that the odometer had been repaired or replaced at 95,000 miles and that that number should be added to the 311,500+ indicated on the odometer, but I suspect that this is not the case with this car, but rather, that the number has something to do with the mileage at which the leasing company transferred ownership to their leasee. The title states that the indicated odometer mileage is actual mileage. Is there any standard M-B practice here which I should know about?
