check fuses and the deck fuse. I think that there is a screw behind the door handle not 100% sure but i think there is one there behind a cover check that. When all the clips around the door are out you will need to lift the panel straight up toward the top of the door. It sits on a lip there dont just rip it off when it gets off because you will need to unplug the switches back there. if the deck is toast then go on ebay and buy a new one for like 120 or so. any other questions just ask.
