I looked at a car at the junkyard and I couldn't quite see how to take it off. do you have to drill out the rivets and then rivet the new one back? who sells these units anyway? taking off that top part of the heater box seems a bit of a ***** too, as there are some bolts pretty much right underneath the bottom of the windshield... how on earth do you get to them?
