On an older chassis , it is quite common to have restricted brake flex hoses develop from age and old fluid contamination...so, after the fluid change, a good test for each hose is to jack each wheel up off the ground, then step on the brake pedal as hard as you can. The go turn that wheel by hand...if the hose is restricted, the wheel will be locked b/c the restriction in the hose allows fluid flow from the pressure of the pedal to lock the brake, but the release of the pads will not occur due to the restriction acting as a one way valve ..[ there is only residual pressure for caliper return...]
Common on old hoses and not evident b/c they look fine from the outside... it is the inside that swells up and restricts the return fluid flow....
Worth checking as it is a simple matter while you are doing the fluid change anyway..........same goes for clutch flex on slave if one has a standard trans... symptom there will be poor return of clutch pedal and possible clutch slippage.
