You won't be able to reasonably determine the amount of undrained water. So ascertain the total system capacity, the add straight coolant to achieve the desired ratio, then top with water. For example, your system capacity is 15 qts and you want a 60% coolant/water ratio. Add 9 qts of coolant, then fill the rest of the way with water.
