If you change your oil by removing the oil plug vs. using a top-sider to "flush" out most of the contaminants, you will be disappointed with the Fumoto. It slows down the flow of oil considerably. Then of course there’s the never ending possibility of an accidental valve opening that just might ruin your Sunday drive...

I removed mine from my Duramax truck for the above reasons.
