Have two questions. Shock resistance was covered ealier in the thread, but not heat. I live in Houston. A trunk mount seems brutally hot. Any comments on durability in warmer climates? Also, the streets may not by as much a problem for causing interuptions in music, but what about the vibration from a trunk mounted subwoofer?
