Mike,
I have the invoice right here in front of me. The part number for the P/S hose is : 006 997 09 82. The job also required 2 M119 P/S hose clamps (# 005 997 45 90), the O-ring for the P/S reservoir (# 119 997 00 45), and a gasket for the P/S pump (# 129 466 01 80), and of course P/S fluid. (# 000 989 88 03)

Your mileage sounds about right in town. I use to get 18-20mpg in town, about 24-26mpg on long trips. Highway jaunts at 75-85mph were the norm, with occasional stints up to um...nevermind.

Be sure to use copper plugs when you do the change. Sounds like the car is really working out well for you.

Hope this helps...Lee
