Tonight I went to the gas station to get a six pack about 8 blocks away and when I came home the place was swarming with cops. Turns out there was a traffic stop a block away and 2 of the little bastards ran. One of them went through my back yard while my wife was sitting out there, this was at 11:30 pm. She is freaked out and wants some personal protection when she is alone. (I work nites and evenings)
Now the question. We have a CZ 75 9mm thats too big for her hand and its locked in a safe in our bedroom which is difficult to get to. What would you guys recommend for a light weight easy to handle gun for a woman. Also she wants to have it easily acessible in the kitchen so we need some sort of quick lock box.
Grand Junction PD caught the punks pretty quick they do a great job in spite of all the meth head **** bags they have to deal with. I'm proud to say that my taxes employ these people.
