No need to remove the fan or pulley, part # 83 has a hole in it where you put a steel rod of your choosing in. Remove nut #119, and using the steel rod, you can apply pressure to release the tension on bolt#113, allowing you to move bolt #113 towards the rear, which will allow part #83 to pivot while you control the release of tension with the rod you installed in the hole. Your owners manual shows the diagram of how the belt is installed. I was able to remove my old one, and install a new one using this procedure. Takes a little bending and weaving of the rubber belt, but it can be done with a little patience. Good luck
