Fullacrappola, the two o' yuh.

FYI I have been working against this practice for about 8 years. There is even a coalition that has been making some progress over the past 3 years, far more than I would have expected. Do you think it's an accident taht this is in the news? Not surprisingly, Katrina played a role in that since increased awareness of the role of coastal & inland veg in storm attenuation has gotten the attention of people who formerly didn't give a crap. What we are working toward is voluntary agreement among retailers NOT to carry it. Most mom & pops no longer carry it. Lowes, and Home Depot are the most recalcitrant retailers.

If you want to get involved tell the retailers in your area that you'd prefer they not sell cypress mulch.
