I hate to say this, eating healthy is not just necesarily fruits and veggies. It really is quantity. I started dating my GF last year, graduate of Corden Bleu, now we eat all sorts of stuff, lots of sauces like the french. Now lots of this stuff butter, oils and bread and all of that. I can tell you that I dropped over 15 pounds in the past year and I eat very tasty with all the good things that are suppossed to be bad for you. Why? Portions!!!! At the beginning it was a little difficult but I got used to it, so did my stomach, and I eat smaller portions that are totally flavorful.

I hate to say this, in the US, the portions that they serve are way too large!! Ever go to a cheesecake factory and ask for a sandwich, they basically bring you a whole baquette with tons of things in it. Way too much.

Eating healthy is also the quantity. Excercise does not hurt and to boot, a couple of glasses of red wine with dinner is great!
