Yeh, HFCS and transfats are what a lot of the health food crowds says to avoid. All the soft drinks have it in them, except the Mexican ones. Some studies show no differences, but I try and not drink much sodas. Also, on starches mant say to experiment to find wich ones to avoid. The blood type diet specifies which one or ones for each blood type.
