In WI, they only have to be there a certain number of times. OTOH, they sell it as them being there 24X7. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that my wife has had to threaten them that if they don't show up, she will never recommend them again. Because of their lack of presence, the wife had to spend all day with the family and was unable to do her own work.
