I was at a Junkyard "practicing" since when I go under my own 83 240D I want to be professional and not break anything. I took the rear hubs off and found the parking brakes and the toothed wheel adjuster. It was a 100 degrees out and I couldn't get underneath the car.
Is this the only way to adjust the parking brake? Mine presently has no braking action.
