Can 560 U.S. be "Euroized"?

Replying to an older post here but can anyone verify the reasons for a 60hp loss in the U.S. version? Can a U.S. 560 motor be "Euroized?" Custom pistons, cams? I am doing a motor transplant with a 560 U.S. into my 500 Euro since the motor is getting tired. I have also heard that the 238hp is purposely underrated for U.S. emissions laws at the time and its more like 270. Anyone ever dynoed a U.S. 560? BENZMAC, maybe you can help here. My main question is wheather or not you can efficiently "Euroize" the 560 U.S. motor.
Thanks for any replies.
