Use a mirror and flashlight and look up under the SOV for any leaks. One or two other members using veg have had the same happen; maybe is a chunk of fat going through???
For some it has not reoccured. That code will clear itself if doesnt occur again within 3 cold/hot/cold run cycles (usually 1.5-2 days for a daily driver).
