MBUSA can provide you with any warranty work that was done but not regular maintenance or work done at non-authorized dealers. The info they provide is work done from day one.

You will need to include the VIN # and a photocopy of your vehicle registration that has your name on it.
We have done this for both of our cars. Also, if you request it they can send you a copy of the original window sticker ( it makes for fun reading). It takes about two weeks to get the information.
