Correctly made biodiesel does not contain water, particulates, lye, sodium methoxide, methanol, or glycerin. pure vegetable oil does not contain glycerin, even after it has been used for cooking. However used vegetable oils (not sure exactly what their called) contain longer chains of fat molecules caused by the repeated heating. These are detrimental. However pure veggie oil is anyway. Ever change the oil on a car running on veggie for an extended period? It smells like bacon grease and is as thin as water.
