I gotta agree with that. I think a much longer, more in-depth training should be required as well. As far as old age, if they're not going to test drivers throughout their lives, then they should start testing at 65. Testing should include vision, actual driving, and a review of their driving record. Regular citizens should be allowed to report bad elderly drivers as well.

Same could be said for teenagers.
