Its a full, true synthetic. Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40 is Mobil Delvac1 with a different bottle label.

Truck & SUV is no longer a Diesel oil, its basically the same as their regular Mobil1 g@sser oil.
Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40 is what Truck & SUV used to be.
