Here is an idea.

First, you don't want to use the oil that goes or comes from the cooler. The cooler is thermosatically controlled and will not supply oil at times.

Instead, T off of the oil pressure sender.

Also, for the oil drain, take out the dipstick and drill a hole in it. Then have a banjo fitting brazed to it. Use a flex stainless hose for the connection.
