Drinking and Fueling Means Trouble in San Jose
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Authorities in San Jose say a drunken man got onto the air field at Reid Hillview Airport and tried to fill up his car's gas tank with airplane fuel.
Police arrested 20 year old Justin Rodebush, on Sunday night for driving while intoxicated and attempted theft.
Officials say Rodebush probably wasn't trying to save money since the aviation fuel in the pumps, which are accessed with a credit card, was going for $5.97 a gallon.
Not only is aviation fuel not formulated for cars but it can do serious damage to a car's insides.
Airport officials say people have tried to steal gas at the airport in the past.
They say its not clear how Rodebush got through the locked gate, but he may have gotten the combination from someone.

What exactly did this fellow steal or try to steal? Sounds more like trespassing to me.
