A/C drainage

I have wet floorboards and understand that this is due to AC not draining properly. Does anybody have any recomendations as to how to actaully fix this? Just exactly where is this drain supposed to exit around the tranny tunnel? What is the best method to fix this?

I am going to have to replace the rear floorboard driverside due to massive rust, but want to be sure that I fix the source of the problem.

Any help greatly appreciated
