Never had a fuel leak since ULSD was officially used. Only leak I had was when the primer pump screwed the pump plunger loose. Tightened it and it's been fine ever since.
I do have a new one to replace it with. Fuel return lines have been replaced with new OE beige/orange lines from the dealer. Heard they fit much better. No problems either.
Do you guys replace the fuel lines that run between the main fuel filter element to the IP? I'm talking about the supposedly clear lines with banjo bolts at each end. Mine are already brown inside, and were like that from the first day I got the car.
