Jitterbugs are my number 2 favorite lure. I love topwater because of the action. I think you can do better fishing fake plastic worms and crank baits, but topwater is a blast.
I love it when a big bass just inahles the lure.
Sometimes I'll bounce it off the dock and when it hits the water "gulp" down the hatch.
My dad pulled a pretty 5 pounder out from under a log last weekend.
