It makes sense, i mean really..
I never thought about it. I have some paint left over from the paint job that the shop did (rust removing).
It's Anthrazit Grau or something like that. They body shop did an excellent job. I bent over, used a magnifying glass, etc etc and couldn't find the spot painted area... (except for one minor area)

Since I do not really need to spray it I think I'll just use that small bottle of paint and do it on a really sunny day (or is it a bad idea?)

I think while I'm at it I'm gonna touch up a few spots that have no paint at all (rock chips...gotta hate those).
