The window is not strained when I close it. The window strains against the weatherstripping when I bring the window up. There is virtually no room for the window and the weatherstripping. I am at a lost as to how to connect the weatherstrip clips, to the door or to the panel and then the combined panel with the strip to the door. thanks again.
