Are you able to pull the code?
If its a P136x series it would be showing an individual GP. (note: some obdii scanners dont register that series).
If you've got compression, you ought to be able to manually hold the key and crank it long enough for it to fire up; may run rough for a few minutes.
The DG site will tell you whether it is the relay or one or more GP's. Once fixed, the code should erase itself.
If its a bad GP check back for more input before attempting to change it.....
