I would bet $5 that the GPs are just fine and the problem is with the relay. It would be unlikely that you would experience the loss of enough GPs from one day to the next to cause the car not to start like that...try the unplugging and replugging in the relay plugs and maybe even give it a rap with a screwdriver handle and see if that clears it...either way consider ordering a new relay.
