How? They are human, they made a mistake, they paid for it. If they did something really horrible they would still be in jail. The vast majority of "sex offenders" are BS "crimes" they did as teenagers that most teens do. Singling them out on a map is just wrong.

How about we make a map with people that got speeding tickets so we can watch out for them on the road?
