That's a pure time machine.........absolutely stunning. I'm quite confident that it can sell for $20K on e-bay. The price is basically unlimited........there are no 5000 mile W-116's left to choose from.
What you should offer is strictly your own decision, but, anything less than $12K would really be insulting to the seller............and would be game over for you.
