I think that is a list of the available oils in Europe that you can use, it would appear in that list that only the Mobil products are available here....all the rest of those are foreign and likely unavailable. Doesn't Rotella have the certification right on the bottle? I am pretty sure it does. Either way, I've driven 70k on it at it works great....so I will continue.
