The owner (Wayne) is very good, and knowledgeable. I would trust HIM to take care of SERVICING and advice, but the guy (Doug) at the counter has problems. He talks about how he has worked on MB for 40 years, but can't seem to order the right parts. When you find out it's the wrong part, he blames you, then charges you more for the parts. Most of the time the parts are comparable to AutohauzAZ, but when there is a screw up, the prices are even with MB retail.

I hate to bash places like this...they used to be top-notch until they hired this guy.
