Hi Steve,

It isn't the rest feature. My understanding is that rest only works when the car is turned off. In my case the climate control runs when the car is on but the climate control itself is turned off. As soon as I turn the car off, or if I just keep the key in the #1 position the fan will turn off. But as soon as the key is in the #2 (on) position, the fan runs, even with the climate control turned off. Does that point towards the blower regulator?
