i surely thought getting in a 500E or a 400E but until now i didnt find an engine that is good enough and worth it. A mechanics suggest me trying to fit in the 1996 E320 but i wasnt convinced since the E 320 got a lot more of ECUs and electronic stuff than the M103. I am doing my research to see if the E 320 will be an easy fitment on my car or not. Maybe ill have to change the transmission and the axle ratio...and what about all the electronic indicators that the E320 have on its dashboard...how will that fit into my 1991 300E?
I am looking for turbochargers too but its rare to find a nice kit.
Then ill have to mod the exterior, i am willing to get the AMG kit or just the 500E one, i think it can be easily fitted
Note that my car is european spec.
