NO! Since the car was cold that does not support the theory. But does not eliminate it either. Could be a fuel relay I suppose or that relay module mentioned in the other thread. Maybe it was a fuel relay module. I would tend to go with what was mentioned in the other thread since they were working on this exact car I think. But I am NOT an expert. You need someone more informed than me to say.
