"What's the real thing going for per pound now-a-days?"

I honestly don't know. I got the two pounds at cost - $35/lb. I have heard about $50-$75/lb.

Paul, yes I plan on taking the 560, cold AC and functioning cruise, should make for a great shakedown cruise.
