Hello,

Something I'd like other 300SD owners to be awaare about...make sure your oil cooler lines are in good shape. I thought I had solved this by replacing both my lines, with German OEM aftermarket replacements...however, few months ago the upper line came apart at the junction between the hose and the fitting, leaving the engine with 0 oil pressure...luckily I stopped the car within a few seconds and everything was fine...but make sure you have a good set of oil cooler lines, otherwise you could lose your investment in a matter of seconds!
