You have two options for the rear camber problem since its lowered.

Adjustable camber bars that replace the upper arm on the rear suspension.

or

KMac lower control arm bushings with a adjustment in them (CAM)

I Have the Adjustable rear arms on my 2000 W210 and no problems on camber
Takes 10 min a side

Do a search on Speedybenz aka Jeff here or on mbworld dot org or contact lenslo on mymbonline dot com also renntech sells them at renntech prices

for kmac contact them direct but the kit requires the lower control arm be removed to press out the old bushings and press in the adjustable ones takes about 5/6 hours

For The Front

Mercedes sells a REPAIR BOLT for the front lower control arm (with a cam)
You will need 4 of them for the front lower control arms
