Check the part number on the R107 Quaife unit. If it is a different part number than any of their other Mercedes diffs, it just may work. If it's the same part number as their newer diffs (W210, C208, etc)... don't get your hopes up. Please let us know how it turns out, though. It would be nice to get final confirmation on the Quaife unit - if it works, they could update their website to include the 210mm W124 and R129 applications.
