The only thing I would add to this is to unclip the fan shroud.

When lifting the motor, there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE that the lift will put the fan into the shroud and break something. It is very easy to pull the two clips on the shroud and just let it rattle round loose, while you jack things up to put in the new mounts.

The pictures are great and give a great clue.

I thought that having someone extra to help was handy. One person to place the mount so it it 'on the pin', then the other person can run the bolt in.

It's an easy enough job. 1 hour for one side, and at max another 1/2 hour for the other.
