Like I said..you want to know what's up, the next test is Leak Down test.
It is a 5 min, simple test that tells you where the leak is...simple.


And as far as rings on 113 engine with that milage go, do a search and read up on what some of the Forum's Benz Techs [ who work on these all day. every day] have to say about 112/113 engines and ring complaints... .. Common , even under 100K. .
