Question trailer & tail light wiring on 87 wagon?

Any ideas as to which color wires are for which function on a 1987 wagon?

I did search the forum but the color codes I found do not match the wires on the car's harness.

In the tire well I pulled the six pin tail light plug and looked at the wires....

1. Black with red strip should be brake lights.
2. Brown for common ground.

3. All black?
4. All grey?
5. Grey with yellow strip ?
6. Grey with green stripe ?

wires 3,4,5,6 do not match the colors I've seen posted elswhere for the tail-light group, unless I searched the wrong posts.

for the right turn signal wire there is the remains of an old wire tapped into the harness on that side so no worries there.

Anyone know what wires 3,4,5,6 should be based upon those colors for a 1987 diesel wagon?
