it depends on how low you go. lowering 123/126's pushes the rear toe in as well and that will give you maore tire wear than the camber but my 123 is lowered a lot (about 3") and my camber/toe is acceptable. so cars dont take it so well though i suspect the condition of the control arm bushings has a lot to do with it.
