It's rare to see quotes like this one in the typical signatory text:
"Партия и положение принесут зажиточность и электричество к провинциям"

For those of you who don't know, it's Lenin's promise that electricity and party positions (i.e. organization) will bring both electricity and prosperity to the the provinces, i.e. what would later be the 14 socialist republics and independent/autonomous regions, called krai and oblasti, respectively, following the 1918 Bolshevik revolution.

In reality Lenin was the greatest "green" thinker of his time, the idea being to create free electricity from hydro dams to power the country's economy. Too bad it got hosed up later by Stalin and Co.

I am surprised anyone ever reads stuiff like this besides me, lol.
