Hello flacollect,

The original oil filters are easy to find and fairly inexpensive. Be sure you have all the seals. An upper seal is usually missing rendering the filter useless.

Here is a diagram of all the parts and part numbers. Pay special attention to make sure that the upper seal #37 is not missing. (diagram by Alfred Esser of the W113 Pagoda group).
