I would recommend putting nothing in your system other than pure HFC-134a and PAG-46 (preferably DEC-PAG), and just a bit of UV dye.
Never use stop leak. It can cause problems that require ENTIRE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT to cure. In addition, it can cause thousands of dollars of damage to service equipment. Because of this, systems with stop leak installed should have the ports shrink-wrapped to alert shop personnel.
