Yes, it will.... And running high flow cats won't hurt performance @ all.. Plus, not running cats these days is IMHO, socially irresponsible.

Stock cats may have had difficulty but a properly installed high flow metal substrate cat should be fine, while keeping your car burning considerably cleaner.
